This science based approach to exercising over 40 optimises muscle and bone strength, cardiovascular health, endurance and a leaner physique. Short, effective and designed specifically for the mid life body. We focus on short (20 - 40 minutes) workouts you can do at home or in the gym between 3 and 5 times a week.

We empower you with simple strategies to nourish your mid life body (and its changing hormones) from the inside out. Our mission is to educate - so you'll be coached through nutritional basics to help you put together your meals and give you the knowledge to stay lean for life.
Once over 40, your hormones will change dramatically. What worked before won't work now. Exercise, nutrition & lifestyle must be understood and adapted to ensure you stay mentally and physically strong for life. This means learning to work in harmony with hormones, not against them. Our methodology uses science to optimise results for people in their 40s and 50s.
